Order Policy

• Customers can place his/her order for available items only.
• Customer will get a confirmation message after placing his/her order.
• Customer can make payment against his/her order through online payment or Cash on Delivery (COD)
• After an order is confirmed no customer can cancel his/her order.
• Apex reserves the right to cancel any order through notification.
• Once a payment is made, it will not be refunded.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will not be process if total order value is more than BDT 10000

Pricing Policy

• Maximum Retail Price of all Products available in apex4u.com are inclusive of VAT
• MRP of any item in apex4u.com may vary and/or defer with similar items of Apex Store.
• Any order may be canceled due to price discrepancy caused by technical error.
• Delivery cost is not included with MRP of all Products.
