Exchange Policy

• Customers can exchange his/her purchased item in fresh/unused/saleable condition within 15 (fifteen) days after receiving the same.
• An exchange can be done for once with the product(s) of the same and/or higher value subject to payment of the price difference.
• Customers can only exchange his/her item with an online purchase invoice & original shoe box and packaging.
• Customers can exchange his/her purchased items through any Apex own retail outlets under the terms of this Exchange Policy.
• Customers can also exchange his/her items by placing exchange requests through email at [email protected] and the respective items must be reverted to Apex E-commerce warehouse at Holding-01 (beside Anarkali cinema hall), Tongi, 1710, Dhaka. Such exchange will be processed within 30 (thirty) working days after receipt of the item(s) in accordance with the terms of this Exchange Policy.
• Delivery cost in terms of exchange under the terms of this Exchange Policy will be borne by the Customer.
